(The Faerie Queene Book One Literary Analysis) Topic: Should countries be more concerned with domestic issues or international issues?
Do not waffle on your answer. Pick a side and prove it.Topic: Should countries be more concerned with domestic issues or international issues? Introduction Body Paragraph (Main point one) Body Paragraph (Main point two) Body Paragraph (Main point three) Conclusion Works Cited (on a separate page after the end of the paper) The literary analysis forces you to apply what you are reading to your life or the real real world in some way. Do not write a book report. It is okay to summarize small portions so that your connections become obvious, or clearer, but your essay should focus on directly addressing your topic while using the text to prove that your response is most likely the correct interpretation. First person (I, me) is permissible, but edit out second person (you), contractions, and slang of course. It is okay to only have two body paragraphs instead of three. Quality of your discussion trumps quantity of your discussion. Conversely, it is okay to have a fourth body paragraph, but you should honestly answer whether this paragraph is adding quality to your paper or just helping you fill a page count. Quality trumps quantity. This is not English 1301. Your paper will not be nitpicked for grammatical errors. That said, you should have learned a great many things about good writing in English 1301. A paper with significant grammatical mistakes will not be eligible for an A grade and may not even reach a B grade. Dont shortcut the editing stage. Students will write a 3-5 page paper (MLA Format) analyzing book one from Book 1. And its importance to British Literature and if possible, our modern world. You may quote from the poem and use no more than two (2) outside sources. If you quote from the novel or use outside sources, proper MLA citations (including a Works Cited) should be followed. Book 1 is the first 155 pages of the link. The book link : https://scholarsbank.uoregon.edu/xmlui/bitstream/handle/1794/784/faeriequeene.pdf

IntroductionThe first document is a letter written by Simon Bolivar in 1815 to the governor of British Jamaica. This was during a time when Bolivar was in exile after failing to spark an independence movement. During this time of exile, Bolivar had the opportunity to regroup and focus his revolutionary philosophy before launching a new independence movement. This letter is notable because it essentially outlines Bolivars view of America under Spanish rule and also the fact that it was written immediately prior to his successful reinvasion of Venezuela and the subsequent Latin American independence. The second attachment was issued by Father Morelos, who took over the Mexican Independence movement after the death of Father Miguel Hidalgo. Although he did not have control over the region, Morelos clearly outlines the new laws to govern Mexico in this 1813 document. Read the attached documents and answer the following questions:1) What does Bolivar believe are the causes of independence, or in other words, what events have occurred that justify independence?2) Morelos led a very different kind of movement than Bolivar. How similar or different were his political ideas?
