Modify grammar and fluency. The words in bold black cannot be changed. The others can be changed. Here are some suggestions

6. Apostrophes are possessive, meaning something belongs to someone, or can denote
plurality, meaning many.
The cats meow. Rephrase this The meow of the cat…
The cats meow. Rephrase this Many cats meow.
The cats meow. Rephrase this – The meows of many cats…
One of these sentences is complete, and two are incomplete. They all mean something different, due to the power of that tiny but extremely important punctuation mark, the apostrophe.
7. Sentences start with a capital letter and end with a period; then there is the instance of the incomplete sentence. For example: The incomplete sentence.
8. Do not use commas where a period is to be used. Heres an example of this misuse of
commas: The dog ran down the street, it was a brown dog, it was thirsty, she was crying because she missed her human, her human was at the mall, the mall was busy. This reads like a shopping list. Each of these phrases is a complete sentence, so use periods, or the word and where appropriate
