Task 1 : Individual Report (70 Marks)
With the assumption that you are working as an assistant manager at a local firm which offers varioustraining programmes to business organisations. You have been asked by your manager to prepare areport to be used as guidance for trainees to enhance their knowledge and understanding aboutemployee motivation and effective team working.This will be presented as a report and should include the following:Part A: Recruitment, Selection, Training and InductionExplain the recruitment, selection and induction processes generally used in business organisations,including training programmes used for development of employees.Part B: Theories of motivation and performance managementIdentify and analyse two motivation theories and their application in your chosen organisation.Part C: Factors affecting behaviour and teamworkIdentify and describe the various factors which influence employee’s individual behaviour and teamworking in workplace.
